A Himalayan Adventure and Lessons in Taking Breaks

Aditya Arora’s Newsletter | Season 2

Hey Readers!

It's time for July.

In this heat, take care of stray animals and helpless workers too. Every life deserves to be lived on this Earth.

Remember I told you about an offsite in the hills in the last newsletter?

Well, the entire team of Faad went to an offsite in Kasol, Himachal Pradesh.

Now, I know the first thought that comes to your mind when you think about Kasol. Let's not joint-ly ruin it. (pun intended)

We had fun and work, both equally combined. Okay, fun a bit more!

We relished the hills and went on a three-hour trek to the quaint village of 'Grehan'. Even some of us sneaked out for a lovely drive to another pretty town of 'Tosh' in the morning. I even befriended a brown Himalayan dog and called him "Sheru". But, the best part was we were all dancing in the shuttle on the way back.

Of course, I can go on and on. But, now, since we are back to work - I do not want to keep thinking about it, lest I will keep daydreaming. Overall, we went as individuals but came back together as a Faad family.

Now, let us look at our takeaways for this month:
  1. A break is alright. A break helps you to get the lost energy.

  2. No matter whether you are a hill person or a beach person. Just go on one and keep your phone away.

Time to rock!

See you in August, my August audience!

Regards,

Aditya Arora
