We are coming in June.

So. much heat outside that I hate going out for afternoon meetings.

But, this month will get colder for me as I will go to our first offsite in a place situated in the Mountains.

We will talk about that in the following newsletter. But today, let us talk about "Passion".

All of us want a successful career. We are ready to do whatever it takes to be successful. But do we?

About 90% of our generation is confused about what they want to do.

I suggest the ALT framework.

Ambitions: List down the aspirations you have in life.

Learnings: Write the learnings needed to achieve that.

Time: Put the time in which you want to accomplish that.

Now, take the L (or learnings) in ALT and share it with your 5 friends on how they can help you get them. Similarly, switch 5 new friends every week. By the end of the year, you will have a perspective from 200+ new people on what new you want to do to achieve an aspiration. Now, chase aspirations for which you are ready to chase those learnings.
